Beyond core technical competencies, the curriculum focuses heavily on healthcare digitalization, project management, service metrics, and user-oriented design.Balancing a demanding professional career and family life with children alongside higher education presents structural challenges, yet Erwe emphasizes that flexible learning models make advanced degrees highly achievable.
