New student accommodation with 60 modern units will soon be available in Palazzo Paternolli, located on Piazza della Vittoria in Gorizia. The renovated building offers 45 single rooms, 6 double rooms, and 3 accessible rooms for students with special needs. Each room includes a private bathroom and kitchen, and the ground floor features a fitness area and a regional tourist information office.The total area of the residence is 1,732 square metres. The facility is fully furnished and ready for occupancy, with final logistical arrangements currently underway. Monthly rents are expected to range between €180 and €280, with the possibility of student housing subsidies under Slovenian legislation.The new residence marks an important step in strengthening cross-border academic cooperation between Nova Gorica and Gorizia, contributing to the development of a unified European cross-border study area.
