The University of Vaasa has been ranked for the first time in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026, placing in the 501–550 global bracket for Business and Management Studies. The university scored exceptionally high in the H-index component (95.9/100), reflecting strong research productivity and impact. Out of 2,878 evaluated institutions, only 650 were included in the ranking. Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Martin Meyer, highlighted this as recognition of the university’s high-quality research and international visibility.
