The University of Lisbon has launched the “ULisboa in Harmony” initiative, a comprehensive wellbeing program for the academic community during the second semester of 2025/2026. The program features around 70 free activities at the Faculty of Sciences, focusing on emotional balance, physical health, and personal and social skills development.Activities include yoga, boxing, dance, photography workshops, communication and career guidance sessions, intercultural lunches, sustainable cooking classes, and music and theater events. The initiative emphasizes holistic student development, promoting academic success alongside physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.Funded by Portugal’s Recovery and Resilience Plan under the Program for Academic Success Promotion and Dropout Reduction, “ULisboa in Harmony” strengthens the University of Lisbon’s commitment to a full student experience.
