Poland | The Generation A project coordinated by Biobank Lodz is moving into a new phase focusing on long term research into quality of life among residents of Aleksandrow Lodzki and surrounding areas Poland | Poland. The study explores how genetic environmental and social factors influence health across multiple generations within families. Around 350 participants from nearly 100 families have already taken part in extensive medical psychological and lifestyle assessments. Researchers emphasize the importance of a multi generational approach to better understand hereditary and environmental influences on health and wellbeing. The project also highlights mental health alongside physical health and aims to develop digital datasets for future scientific research and preventive healthcare strategies.
