Czech Republic | Charles University has officially appointed 56 new associate professors following successful habilitation procedures completed over the past six months. The newly appointed academics represent a wide range of disciplines, with the largest number coming from the Second Faculty of Medicine, followed by the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and the Faculty of Arts. The ceremony took place at the historic Karolinum Hall, where Rector Jiří Zima congratulated the new appointees on their academic achievement.
