Denmark | A new initiative led by Technical University of Denmark professor Anders Baun is tackling the global issue of PFAS, often called “forever chemicals.” These substances are widely used, highly persistent, and pose serious risks to human health and the environment. Through research and leadership of a national PFAS center, the project focuses on reducing pollution, improving risk management, and developing long term solutions. Denmark is among the leading countries taking action against these chemicals.
