
Denmark | Zealand Academy has named SagaLabs as the winner of the 2026 Internship of the Year award, recognizing an outstanding collaboration between student Sebastian Bach Nielsen and the cybersecurity startup.The award was announced during a final event held at the academy’s Køge campus on 24 April, where five finalists presented their internship experiences to a jury and company representatives. The presentations highlighted a wide range of fields, including cybersecurity, sustainability, NGO finance, construction consulting, and maritime procurement.SagaLabs, led by CEO and co-founder Kasper Hjortborg Kristiansen, was praised for creating a meaningful and professionally enriching internship environment.
