A researcher from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn has been named Woman of Success of Warmia and Mazury 2026, recognizing her contributions to science and regional development.The annual award honors women whose work positively impacts society and inspires others. The winner is an expert in real estate economics who conducts interdisciplinary research on decision-making systems in property markets, combining behavioral analysis with artificial intelligence to improve valuation models.Her research focuses on developing algorithms that support more accurate interpretation of real estate markets and help modernize decision-making processes. She also leads a national research project examining new methods for improving property taxation systems.During the same event, another academic from the university received a special recognition for international cooperation, particularly for strengthening academic collaboration with universities in Ukraine and supporting educational initiatives for Ukrainian communities.
