Atlantic Technological University hosted its annual New Food Product Development Awards, where students showcased innovative food concepts from idea to market-ready products. Ciara Mulligan won the top prize for VitalBites, a functional granola range, while other entries highlighted creativity in nutrition, sustainability, and food entrepreneurship.
