Researchers at the University of Jyväskylä are recruiting recreational runners for a study on improving physiological resilience through endurance and strength training. The research includes a monitoring phase followed by a 10-week intervention where participants either increase endurance training, add strength training, or continue usual routines. The study aims to measure improvements in endurance performance, oxygen uptake, and overall physical resilience.
