The final round took place in March at the Prague City Hall, where a record 41 finalists competed under the evaluation of a 12-member expert jury. The competition follows a three-stage format, beginning with school-level essays and progressing to more advanced written work before culminating in an oral defense in front of judges. Topics this year included freedom of speech, children’s rights, international law, and ethical aspects of modern conflicts. The event also featured notable figures in its jury, including constitutional law experts and public rights advocates. Organizers highlighted improvements from previous years, including broader participation and new institutional collaborations.Despite academic pressures, including final exams, the student organizers expressed satisfaction with the smooth execution of the event and the high quality of participants’ performances. The initiative attracted students from across the Czech Republic, further expanding its reach and impact. In recognition of their dedication, the three students previously received the Rector’s Award for Volunteering in September 2025.
