Slovenia | The EUTOPIA Day 2026 event, themed “EUTOPIA in Action,” recently brought together students, researchers, and academic staff at the EU House to explore new opportunities within the European university alliance. The gathering highlighted a long-term vision to establish a unified EUTOPIA University and a Global Institute, creating an open, inclusive, and diverse academic ecosystem.A major focus was transforming international mobility into a tangible career advantage. Through specialized workshops, students learned how to effectively translate the soft skills and competencies gained abroad into professional assets for future employers. The event also offered networking opportunities for Erasmus+ students and highlighted growth pathways such as individual research grants, summer schools, and internships.Ultimately, the event emphasized that students are active co-creators of this ecosystem. Through the EUTOPIA Student Council, student voices directly influence governance, ensuring that intercultural understanding and social dynamics remain central to modern higher education.
