Zealand Business Academy hosted Entrepreneurship Day 2026 on April 10 in Næstved, bringing together leaders, teachers, and key staff to explore how entrepreneurship can be integrated into education, internships, and collaboration. The event was part of the Zealand Connected Starters project, which aims to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial skills and embed innovation more deeply into academic programmes and practical learning environments.Throughout the day, participants engaged in presentations from internal leaders, external partners, and organisations such as the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship, as well as companies like GradeAid.ai and BeLonging. Former students also shared their entrepreneurial journeys, including Joakim Buhl and Laura Lundtorp from El Garagen, who discussed their development from early ideas to growing business initiatives.A key message of the event was that entrepreneurship is not only about starting a business, but also about building skills such as initiative, reflection, and problem-solving that are valuable across all careers and industries. The programme concluded with workshops focused on developing new ideas for collaboration and strengthening entrepreneurial learning across Zealand’s educational offerings.
